Sy Jacobs is the founding and managing member of Jacobs Asset Management, LLC and JAM Managers, LLC the Investment Manager and General Partner of JAM Partners, LP.  Sy is a founding member of JAM Equity Partners, LLC.  Sy Jacobs has spent his entire twenty-three year career managing money and providing equity research in the financial services sector.  Prior to founding JAM in 1995, Mr. Jacobs spent 12 years as a research analyst covering specialty financial services and bank stocks at Alex. Brown and Sons, Mabon Nugent, L.F. Rothschild and Co., and Salomon Brothers, Inc.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Michigan and his MBA at New York University.  Sy Jacobs has served on the board of directors of two public depository institutions:  BYL Bancorp and Provident Financial Holdings.  He currently serves on the board of directors for First Investors Financial Services. sy@jampartners.com

William Roy is Director of Research for Jacobs Asset Management, a founding member of JAM Equity Partners, LLC and a member of JAM Managers, LLC. At JAM, Mr. Roy oversees the research and due diligence effort on public and private investments, assists in the investment making decision process and is actively involved in the generation of new ideas and portfolio construction. Mr. Roy has twenty years of experience working as a financial services analyst and portfolio manager. In February of 2002, Mr. Roy joined Merrill Lynch as the firm's equity research analyst for the mortgage finance and thrift industries. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Mr. Roy co-Founded a mortgage technology development company, which was sold in 2001. Mr. Roy began his career in 1989 at Trust Company of the West (TCW) where he led equities research on all credit related industries. Mr. Roy left TCW in August of 1996 to join Arco Investment Management (AIMCO) as research analyst on financial services companies and portfolio manager of a financial services fund. Mr. Roy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic University, Pomona and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Mike Sekits joined Jacobs Asset Management in 2006 as a founding member of JAM Equity Partners, LLC.  Prior to JAM, he was the President of Sekits Capital providing investment banking services to financial services and consumer product companies.  Prior to founding Sekits Capital in 1999, he was an Associate Director in Bear Stearns & Co.'s Investment Banking Department where he specialized in M&A advisory, high yield finance and public equity issuance for financial service businesses.  Prior to Bear Stearns, Mike was an Associate at The Shansby Group, a private equity fund that acquires consumer product businesses.  Mike received his Bachelor of Arts in economics and accounting from Claremont McKenna College with the Phi Beta Kappa distinction. Mike Sekits has served on the board of directors of Vertical Lend and currently serves on the board of directors for Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Kondaur Capital, JCR Capital, Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, ClearVue Management, American Advisors Group and Security One Lending. mike@jampartners.com

Ryan Zacharia joined Jacobs Asset Management in 2007 and currently serves as its Chief Operating Officer. He is also a member of JAM Equity Partners, LLC. Prior to JAM, Ryan was an investment banking Analyst at Citi Corporate Markets & Banking in the Diversified Financial Services group. During his tenure he worked on a number of strategic advisory, capital raising and structured finance projects. Ryan received his Bachelor of Science degree summa cum laude from Cornell University. ryan@jampartners.com

Dan Oxman joined Jacobs Asset Management in 2009. Prior to joining JAM, Dan served as an Associate in the investment banking department at RBC Capital Markets, a division of the Royal Bank of Canada. While at RBC Capital Markets he helped advise on M&A transactions, public and private capital raises and debt transactions for financial services companies. Before that, Dan worked for The Carlyle Group, where he was a senior fund accountant for multiple Asian and U.S. leveraged buyout and venture funds. Dan received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
